## General Description

The demo project is a 132.8 m2 ground-floor office fit-out. The space includes reception, office, meeting room, kitchenette, restroom, storage, and mechanical room. The goal is to review architectural layout, technical specification, and issue log together.

## Architecture

- Existing perimeter walls are retained.
- New partitions use a 100 mm gypsum board system.
- The meeting room requires improved acoustic separation from reception.
- Floor finishes: reception and circulation with durable vinyl; wet rooms and kitchenette with slip-resistant ceramic tile.
- Door clear widths must be verified for storage and equipment movement.

## Mechanical

- Mechanical room requires clear access for maintenance.
- Meeting room ventilation is demand-controlled by a CO2 sensor.
- Restroom ventilation uses a delayed extractor fan.
- Condensate and drain routing must be coordinated with floor build-up.

## Electrical

- Kitchenette equipment requires dedicated protected circuits.
- Reception and office desks require separate power and data outlets.
- Emergency lighting must cover the escape path from meeting room and office to the main entrance.
- CO2 sensor location and cabling must be shown on the electrical plan.
