Guide

KiwiBIM user guide

This guide walks through the core KiwiBIM workflow: uploading documents, running analyses, and using the executive view.

1

1. Create or open a project

From the Projects page you can create a new project or open an existing workspace. The project is the shared home for documents and analyses.

2

2. Upload documents

Upload text documentation, drawings, issue logs, O&M material, or budget files. KiwiBIM provides separate analysis views depending on the document type.

3

3. Run analyses

Start the relevant analysis in the matching block. You can run file-level analysis on individual documents or use project-level executive analysis to summarize results across the project.

4

4. Review highlights and sources

Important phrases are highlighted in the results. When needed, open the source files or PDF pages and validate the exact detail before making a professional decision.

5

5. Use the complex executive analysis

The executive view summarizes priorities, risks, cost impact, and next steps. It is intended as a decision-support layer for project leadership.

Quick tips

  • KiwiBIM outputs are decision-support tools and do not replace professional review.
  • If multiple document types are present, the complex executive analysis provides the best overall picture.
  • In trial mode, 1 file upload and 1 analysis run are available.
