KiwiBIM is an online SaaS product for AI-assisted analysis of construction and technical project documents. The following terms govern the use of the service.

2. Description of the service
KiwiBIM is a web-based software product that enables users to upload project documents, process them with AI, and identify technical findings, risks, and missing information.

Outputs generated by KiwiBIM rely on AI and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors.
Analyses are supportive in nature and do not constitute official engineering, design, construction, or legal advice.
Users must review and validate outputs through appropriate professional control.
7. Service changes
KiwiBIM reserves the right to improve, modify, limit, or discontinue parts of the service.
